How to know your JDK version. Fast.

Here's a quick tutorial about how to know you JDK version.

1: Run a CMD (Start > Run > Type in "CMD" then press enter)

2 : Type in the following : "java -version" without the quotes, of course.

Something among those lines whould appear :

C:\>java -version
java version "1.6.0_18"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_18-b07)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 16.0-b13, mixed mode, sharing)


What's in red is your version. It also tells you what builds you have for other Java programs.
